Hi, I’m Maddie, the owner of You, Me & Gluten Free.
I started baking gluten-free cakes and slices nearly five years ago after noticing how hard it was for people with gluten intolerances to find cakes they could truly enjoy.
My favourite part of what I do is meeting people who tell me they haven’t been able to eat cake in years — and seeing their faces light up when they finally can.
Today, we create custom cakes, cookies, slices and sweet treats for celebrations, markets, wholesale customers and everyday gluten-free cravings.
